Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled including inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. All major Credit/Debit Cards are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full at time of purchase. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. We reserve the right to cancel services if not paid in full by the due date.

Payment
Every month we'll bill your credit card the fee stated at the time of purchase plus any applicable tax. As soon as you've successfully completed this sign-up process and your payment is confirmed, your subscription will begin.
Renewal
After that, we'll renew your monthly subscription automatically, unless you cancel. The price is subject to change, but we will always notify you beforehand.
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, in person, via email, phone, and/or fax, or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
Both the Client and Realize Consulting, LLC have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
All promotions are subject to availability and inventory. Realize Consulting, LLC reserves the right to change, alter, or cancel promotions at any time without notice.
If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.
If we decide to change our Terms and Conditions, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update the Terms and Conditions modification date below.
